This is a support community for people who wish to share their GI Diets, what they have been eating, give tips, recipies or ask questions. We are all nice people here. :)
This community has been designed as healthy_low_gi has now become more of a place where research and links to other GI sites is posted rather then an actual working 'community'. Therefore I guess that if you wish to 'read research' rather then 'post personal things' feel free to join healthy_low_gi, and also know that you are more then welcome to post interesting GI things you come across there too.
